Immersive jobsite training software that teaches best practice and safety behaviours to follow on a James Hardie construction site in its cladding stage.

Launched as part of their Zero Harm Safety Month, the program needed to teach workers in a new and engaging way while having the ability to assess users and remain accessible for all workers by integrating it into their existing LMS.

The program features 10 unique safety risks, each represented by looping animations of incorrect and correct safety practices.

Workers are tasked with locating these risks and interacting with them to trigger quizzes, assessing their knowledge and understanding of best practices.

The software integrates seamlessly with James Hardie’s existing LMS, allowing for easy tracking and assessment of each worker’s performance. With it being available anywhere on the web as long as learners can sign in to James Hardie's LMS, the safety training is highly accessible without demanding system requirements.
