Wizebank is an elearning analytics solution for course creators. We worked alongside Wizebank to create a product that saves course creators hours of time once painfully spent sorting their data into spreadsheets. With its real-time dashboards, the platform makes it easy for their clients to see the big picture of their business, review customer insights and take action based on the metrics pooled into one easy-to-navigate interface. And best of all: There’s not a spreadsheet in sight

FTSY was built to improve the shoe shopping experience so that everyone can find the perfect pair of shoes without the stress.

When working with FTSY, our first priority was to gain a deep understanding of how potential users went about shopping for shoes online. We wanted to learn what worries them, what they like or dislike, and what makes a good shopping experience. We also needed to know how well the existing FTSY app performed. To do this, we did 5 individual user testing sessions. The thoughts and insights they shared were invaluable. We used the findings from these sessions as the foundation for our redesign with a focus on features that would help shoppers make a purchase with more confidence. It also helped us build FTSY’s AI-driven mobile scanner that builds a 3D model by taking multiple photos of shoppers’ feet.
