Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?
We are a boutique digital marketing agency, specialized in driving rapid and sustainable growth for startups, small and mid-sized companies. We provide tailored, end to end services: growth strategy, digital marketing, web development and analytics. As the CEO and owner, I’m a part of every project, working on strategy and overseeing its implementation.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the Digital Marketing Strategy for a client.
Ultimately, our goal is improving the bottom line of the client’s company. In order to achieve it we work on actionable KPIs that can be tracked and optimized daily, weekly or monthly. The actual set of metrics depends on the client’s business model and may include, among others,  MRR, ROAS, LTV, paying customers, various conversion rates, registrations and installations.
To determine the best Digital Marketing Strategy for our client we combine the following:
1.    Client’s goals and budget
2.    In-depth research of the client’s business model, products and historic performance
3.    Customer research and competitive analysis
4.    Our expertise in driving growth from various digital channels and mediums (search, social, paid, email etc.)

There are several main factors which make us special:

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We work with startups, small and mid-sized companies. Most of our clients are from B2B (professional services and SaaS), but we also have vast experience with the B2C sector.

We prefer long-term cooperation with our customers. We often start with a trial period of 3 months. We have worked with some of our clients for over three years. Our clients recommend us to their partners and come back to us to work together when they kick start new ventures. Over 80% of our projects come from referrals from happy customers.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We offer three types of services:
1.    Full Service Growth Marketing - which consists of 360 degree Digital Marketing Strategy and Management, Market and Competitive Research, SEO, Marketing Automation, Data Analytics and more.
2.    Single project - for example creating a website/online shop, preparing a digital marketing strategy or conducting an audit.
3.    Coaching and consulting services - 1-1 sessions with the client’s top management to guide their digital marketing initiatives
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
Our crucial advantage is a close relationship with the client. We get to know the client’s product and industry extremely well. We work together in the whole project, keep learning what works and what doesn’t in the client's case and communicate fast. In most of our projects we work directly with the CEO or CMO of the client’s company.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
There are several key issues when it comes to estimating the cost of the project. First one is budget and the chosen model of cooperation - whether the client chooses Growth Team or Consulting Service or Single Project. Other factors influencing the cost are: geographical range (is the project international?), how many Marketers will be in the Marketing Team  and whether the services of any additional experts, like graphic designers or SEO Specialists, will be needed.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
Payment structure depends on a model of cooperation. For Growth Team projects, payment consists of monthly retainer fee. Consulting Services are to be paid per every hour of consultant’s work. Single Projects are paid once.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
Price range depends on the project. For example, Growth Team service prices last year  were about $4 000 - $6 000 per month, excluding marketing budget.
Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.
Most beneficial activities differ depending on the project - they are being tested to achieve the best possible result. In most cases, we make use of Google Ads, SEO combined with Content Marketing (result-oriented, bringing measurable profits), CRO (optimizing landing pages, websites and online shops to boost conversion rate) and Marketing Automation (focusing on conversion and engagement of the customers).
