From the time I submitted job requirements and details through softkingo's website, I was contacted by a dedicated project manager within 6 hours with a timeline, pricing, and all other details pertaining to my desired result. From the time I paid and submitted remaining requirements, in around two hours - softkingo delivered a perfectly polished and tested HTML email.

No revisions, no lapse in communication, no hike in pricing - it was a very impressive experience in all aspects... which I have found extremely rare when outsourcing any kind of development work. They are absolute pros.

Following this, Softkingo provided a quote for the app development, should we choose to proceed with them. They had done a solid job during the discovery phase, so I decided to continue working with them.

Since then, Softkingo has built the mobile app from the ground up for both iOS and Android. We've been collaborating on ongoing development for almost three years now. As for the tech stack, they've used Flutter for iOS development.

Since I have experience working with Softkingo, I am comfortable with what I need to deliver. I always provide them with an idea about the site we are going to create and then I provide them with layered and detailed PSD files, with instructions on how the site should look and feel. After that I receive a custom price quote for the project and once payment is sent I know that in a short while I'll get the fully coded site as a custom WordPress theme. Softkingo provides a staging website for me to review the progress, and I able to upload content, test the site and provide them with feedback.

They are always very professional. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of their work was very high.

Their communication was always clear and they were very responsive.

I do wish that the liaison was on Eastern Standard time. Sometimes meetings had to be scheduled for very early in the morning which can be hard for me.
