Describe your project in brief

Creating a natural user interface, incorporating facilities for managing reservations and itineraries, and guaranteeing smooth device synchronization were all part of the project. Additionally, Tap Built included a secure messaging system for advisors and clients to easily keep in touch, as well as push notifications for trip alerts.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their thorough understanding of user experience and their ability to realize our vision with a well-designed and incredibly useful software were what most impressed us. They stand out for their meticulousness and dedication to excellence

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

If we could do anything better, it would be to increase post-launch analytics so that we have a better understanding of user behavior. Their unwavering support and commitment to improving the app, however, have been outstanding.
