What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
What I liked least about targeted web traffic is that it can take time to see results, especially in competitive niches. It also requires constant optimization, and while it attracts quality visitors, it can limit broader exposure, making scaling a bit challenging.
