Describe your project in brief
TDC helped us design state of the art ERP system for our multi-national manufacturing units. It was a smooth ride working with them, we appreciate and support young entrepreneurs breaking the usual barriers and coming out on top of skills and services.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The culture is top notch, everyone is supportive and highly communicative. They followed Agile Software development methodology and used JIRA to maintain our project which was impressive. Also the best part about TDC is people, they take care of people and the top management is very well involved in ensuring the best outcome for the clients is commendable.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The least likable thing was the training standards, I believe developing something and training someone over that technology are entirely different things. As it goes that not everyone can be a good teacher, they can improve in training client people more effectively.
