High level application built for a multinational steelworks company to control steel making process, calculate and store data needed to communicate and send/receive parameters to/from a Siemens Control System that automates the steel making process of LD area. My duties were: use cases definitions, all modules software designing and modeling, architecture and technologies definitions, development technical leadership and project management, as well user´s training, commissioning, start up and assisted operation.

Specialist system for controlling the production of aluminum ingots, with strong integrations with the production floor, where data on weights, analyses, and movements of stacks are captured and processed to ensure accuracy in the factory's result assessment.

The casting and refining process of this multinational corporation was completely made in a notebook and in an Excel sheet. All of the gold production (transportation, warehousing, casting, refining, delivering) was very decentralized and non-error proof. The software created automatized all of process, centralizing data, giving more auditing power and reducing human errors. The scales were all integrated to system, giving automated weight reading. The laboratory analysis were integrated as well, allowing automated gold stock calculation. I headed the project and was responsible to write use cases definitions, all modules software designing and modeling, architecture and technologies definitions, development technical leadership and project management, as well user´s training, commissioning, start up and assisted operation. The system stills in use, and took the gold bars productions to another level of automation, organization and data security.

A software created to monitor alarm and event occurrences through production systems (SCADA), notifying area managers for near-instant corrective actions. Additionally, it manages the impact analysis process, enabling more accurate and five times faster batch release.

A solution developed for Novo Nordisk and delivered in its first version in April 2024. The goal is to configurably collect the audit trails of various production equipment from Penfill Packaging lines B and C, Flexpen Assembly lines A and B, and Flexpen Packaging lines A and B, all in the Finished Product area. The implemented solution is supported by a distributed application, developed in Windows Forms NetCore, with a SQL Server database.

An artificial intelligence solution for collecting data from event participants, where biometric parameters such as reactions, gender, and age are interpreted by intelligent algorithms through images. The data collector is integrated with a Business Intelligence system where the data is stored and allows for cross-referencing of various types of information, enabling the delivery of impact reports on products and services. The data collection software runs on a Raspberry Pi, connected to a camera and the Internet, with data sent to a cloud server. The software was developed in C#, NetCore, with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
