Successfully supported a US-based real estate lending and investing (crowdfunding) platform to develop a secured digital solution that facilitates all its stakeholders and partners to gain increased income from the real estate arena.

Project Summary - The client wanted a system that would bring developers, investors, borrowers, and all stakeholders into one platform and make real estate transactions a quick and hassle-free process. This gave us an idea where we could develop a digital solution that facilitates all its stakeholders and partners to gain increased income from the real estate arena. It was to be a secure platform from where investors could select the exact location and asset class of properties that fit their portfolio and for borrowers with a non-bank means of funding whether for developing or renovating, or whether for commercial or residential properties.

4. Success - On-time delivery, Successful creation of one digital platform, Client Satisfaction, and Client Retention.

Helped client design & develop a cloud-based e-commerce software. Based on the client's previous & current work along with our analysis, we recommended they prioritize their application experience to improve conversion rates, repeat visits & customer satisfaction.

1. Goal for the project -The new age marketplace company wanted to ensure their application works at par with the best user experience, correct dashboard settings & secured payment gateway. Also, this project was to bring up the product images in search results as the image size was too big and there were more than 3 lakh products. To overcome this issue we implemented the new technology of AWS S3 bucket that helps store bulk data and large images and that made it easier to show up on the site when a user searches. Also to load the products faster, we applied pagination using javascript so that results load when a user browses through the pages.
