TechnBrains made app development easy.

Working with TechnBrains was straightforward. They listened to our needs, asked the right questions, and got to work fast. The app included GPS tracking, route optimization, delivery status updates, and an admin dashboard. The first version launched on schedule, worked as expected, and we saw fewer delays within the first month. TechnBrains is a USA-based mobile application advancement organization. We do wireframe, and UX design, which helps understand the project more, then it goes under the development process, and real timelines are decided on those facts.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We usually use JIRA Trello as a tool and a dedicated account manager for long-term projects to answer their queries and guide them most effectively. We keep track of all the customer’s emails and the requests they have made to us. We look back into it every time we receive one. In some cases, we automate the response and acknowledge their requests. There are representatives who look into the customer services portfolio to make their clients satisfied.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)
We offer a few options to the client depends what he thinks will work best for him, such as a fixed cost project after scope freezing (payment in the defined milestone) or outsourcing the developer on hourly rates. We believe in quality work and services so if there is some sort of pricing problem such as European pricing so we do opt for other options to make our valued customers satisfied.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget have you worked for?
There are no minimum budget requirements; it's a total understanding of the problem and the cost to implement the solution. To us, the budget has never been a hurdle to what our client needs from us. We believe in giving quality work to our clients. With every client, we discuss the new projects as per their demands or expectations.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects you catered to in 2021?
Personally, I do not believe in pricing, we have always focused on customer satisfaction and therefore in this way pricing was never our first priority. Whereas, statistics matters, we have done the project of starting from $25,000 to going over $500,000.
Where do you see your company in the next ten years?
In the next ten years, we want to see our company more successful which justifies the goal once made in our mission and vision statement. I want to see our company achieving many milestones in the longer run. Customer satisfaction with quality services will be a high priority for our company regardless of where we stand.
