Work order tracking application

We hired Telexar to develop a mobile and web application to keep track of our car service work orders.This application was for our internal purposes.

They designed and developed a mobile app and web application for our internal work order process management.They even handle the whole deployment and also now do the maintenance for us as well.

This whole solution has helped us improve the efficiency in our work order management and help us deliver better and faster to our clients.

Project management was impressive. They handle the project using agile. There were frequent demos and discussion calls. They ran a 2 week sprint, so we were constantly updated on the project progress.

City Sprinter

City Sprinter is a sustainable messenger and courier service which focuses on demand for delivery of documents and lightweight packages in an environmentally friendly manner, throughout the Colombo city limits, suburbs and other main business cities in Sri Lanka.

Problem- City Sprint was on the lookout for a development partner to build this platform. The main purpose was to automate all their courier service activities with minimum manual intervention. They finally opted for Telexar to develop the whole solution for them. It included a customer booking engine, admin dashboard and mobile app for the delivery riders.

Challenge- The primary challenge was managing the workload initially and while getting familiar with the domain.

Solution- Our team developed a very focused system using top concepts and improved the quality of functionalities in the system. Additionally, new features were added, making the UI and presentability of reports more user-friendly. Graphical representation and more additional presentability factors were added.

Migrateo

Project overview

Migrate-o is an innovative Melbourne based Online Migration Platform that works in a transparent, informative and efficient way to assist in the process of attaining visas.

Problem- Migrateo needed a customized web application that would help in automating the Australian migration process. There basic idea was to make it easier for migrants to make the application process hassle free.

Challenge- As part of the requirements for this web application. A dashboard was needed so that multiple agents could handle as much as many migration processes with any faults. The Australian government keeps changing the migration process time to time. So, the system should be capable of accommodating all those changes, without any faults.

Solution- The team at Telexar developed a highly scalable web application with an admin dashboard for Migrateo. The customers were given a separate dashboard to handle their individual migration processes while in contact with an agent who connects through the admin dashboard that was developed.

Foodees is a food ordering platform targeting healthy meals. Telexar was approached to create a web and mobile ordering platform for Foodees. The platform has a separate admin dashboard to view all order, customers etc. The mobile application supports both android and ios.

This project was completed in the span 8 weeks as requested by the client.

Project overview

PR Baumanagement AG located in Thun, Switzerland http://ow.ly/NDdK30lCmvv is an independent total and general contractor specializing in new buildings, renovations and renovations of small to large-scale buildings - from single and multi-family houses to apartment blocks.

Solution- A website was developed using the WordPress CMS platform to display information regarding PR- Baumanagement AG business, the projects they have completed and current projects.

Secrets e-commerce store

Project overview

SECRETS Stores with the extensive range of products, in styles, sizes and fit, is more than a worthwhile shopping experience, but really the ultimate lingerie experience. In Sri Lanka, SECRETS have now become synonymous with the lingerie business.

Solution – An E-commerce website that helps secrets sells its range of products online. An easy to use dashboard with online payment methods were developed as part of this project. PayHere payment gateway was integrated as the payment platform.

The essenceProtocol is a block-chain based company which is developing the underlying infrastructure for BiXong, a forward-thinking marketplace transforming music royalties into a liquid asset class. The BiXong token (STRM) enables music lovers to buy and sell music royalties of their favourite artists on the proprietary exchange, earn proportionate royalties as they’re distributed and speculate on up and coming artists success.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?

We felt that most organizations are looking for high-quality, tailored-made software solutions. Also, we felt that organizations are not only looking for someone to develop them a solution and move away but someone who will stick with them as they evolve and offer technological solutions as their business needs increase. To cater to this demanding need, Telexar was born.
