Pethetic, Don't take any service with them

So let me start with the starting from where this 10x Agency or FaceUp Media get in touch with me through Instagram ads.. multiple numbers and website handle by a single person "Raj'". At starting he will show you the screenshot how he is sharing accounts with their client on their gmail and sharing their WhatsApp chat how happy they are but don't fall into trap. There is no after service once you do the payment, most of the time he didn't pick the phone doesn't call back or will say bahar hu. My spending was low so he threaten me either I increase my spending limit or he will revoke my access. My ads continuous got rejected and he keeps on saying ap spending achi kro to m apko strong agency ad account dunga. First they were operating from name 10x Agency, Now FaceUp Media and soon as they start getting complaint on this name they will change the name and numbers and website and start scamming people again.
