We had a very positive experience with Trident Software, as the project was a success, and we've got everything we needed from the E-Trade e-commerce.

We really liked their proactive approach to everything. They’ve offered us several possible project options and helped us choose the best one. We’ve several pretty complex functionalities from them, and they were very enthusiastic about these tasks. Their business analysis and efficient project management contributed a lot to the overall success of the project. And we have to admit, the project was a complicated one, as e-commerce solutions with developed B2B and B2C functionalities are not so easy to design and implement. It helped a lot in this project that Trident Software used its own E-Trade e-commerce platform that proved to be very flexible and functional.

Describe your project in brief

I'm the owner of Fishing ROI Ltd, the company launched in 2010 as a manufacturer of fishing gear. Today it is a recognized Ukrainian manufacturer and distributor of gear for fishing, hunting, tourism, and other outdoor activities. At some point of our growth, we faced the task of implementing the e-commerce system to automate key business processes in the company and cope with the challenges of fast sales growth and expansion of inventory. We decided to automate accounting and reporting processes. We also needed to improve supply chain planning processes connected with international manufacturers, logistic companies, and ordering season-relevant goods. After consideration of the available options we chose the E-Trade e-commerce platform, developed by Trident Software for B2B and B2C solutions. The e-commerce portal implementation and integration was a success. Our managers received multiple flexible options to monitor and control business processes.

Residents can report issues (e.g., broken streetlight, fallen tree, open manhole) using the 8Move mobile app: 

  • They take a photo of the issue

  • The app automatically attaches the GPS location

Requests can also be submitted by municipal staff, police, or other agencies
