Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
We are a software development agency founded in 2011 that provides end-to-end development from start-ups to enterprise-level companies, accommodating multiple technologies and keeping customer satisfaction at peak importance. My role as an Administrator in the organization is adaptable and keeps on changing. I am there to help my employees and assist them if they are facing any issues, help them grow on a personal and professional level and side by side assist my clients in understanding their concerns and fulfilling their expectations.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Story is quite simple. We wanted to fill the industry gap by following a transparent approach and providing customized solutions to our clients at terms that are acceptable at both ends. The moment we take up any project, we make sure that the customer knows every little detail of the progress and regular communication is maintained so that we both don’t lose our focus along the way. Another aspect is that we work on servicing our clients better. Hence, most of our business runs on referrals and recommendations from our clients and most of our clients keep coming back to us.
What is your company’s business model–in-house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a complete in-house team starting from business analysis to maintenance and we follow Agile methodology which helps in clarity of tasks in between the team and also helps the client to keep track of progress and give feedback. We always go the extra mile for our clients and deliver what is expected of us.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
I personally don’t think we are competing with anyone. I think our competition as an individual or as an organization is being better than ourselves and delivering the services we guarantee our customers every time.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We have the resources and ability to cater to all the industries but getting into our past and present projects we have assisted in Datacenter, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, SAAS, LMS, Social networking, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Education and Food Industry. We have a really good customer retention ratio, 90% of our customers have come back to us.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Most of the clients approach us for customized software development and product development. We have also provided assistance to multiple startups and helped them build a strategy from scratch and achieve the goals of their organization.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We have worked with 300+ clients and our customer satisfaction rate is 100%. As we have always kept this as our primary goal. So, we have always given priority to customers’ requirements and our project management team takes up any issues or queries clients have and resolve them by having a discussion with both client and the team.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We provide maintenance services to our customers in which case the product has been delivered and they can reach out to our concerned team and their issues will be taken care of in no time and in the development phase, our business analyst takes care of any queries faced by the client and resolves them.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We are okay with following every payment structure as per the client’s convenience.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We have no basic budget requirements. We have worked on a minimum budget of 1000$.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
I don’t think we particularly focus on the price of the project. Our main goal is providing great service to our customers and we have a 100% customer satisfaction rate which means we are achieving our main goal and that will always be our primary focus.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years, I would like to see my company achieving great heights in terms of technical services we offer and we could keep on learning new skills and serving our customers well. I would like to maintain a friendly relationship with my growing number of employees and could learn and grow with them.
