Both Hybrid and Native has its own success and failures. Native apps are more scalable and robust and highly customizable but since native have seperate code base and require seperate resources (developers) the cost and time factor would be comparatively higher as compared to Hybrid Apps. Hybrid apps on the other hand are light weight due to single code base and heavy use of plugins to access hardware and software which lets us deliver hybrid apps quickly to the clients in a lesser cost compared to Native Apps.

We don't like to recommend any particular platform over other to our clients. After carefully listening and analyzing their requirements we educate them transparently about the opportunities and challenges of going ahead with Native or Hybrid. So ultimately client decides which platform he needs to go with.

These are the basis of determining a ball park cost of a mobile app but we thoroughly analyze the client's requirement to identify the overall time, resources and cost required to deliver the solution for the end client.

Again payment structure differ from client to client based on client's preference we decide on what payment structure to follow with client. In particular we have 3 pre defined models:
Fixed price model- In this model, we provide a fixed quote and a timeline for the project. This is based on a defined scope of work i.e. scenarios where the project requirements are crystal clear.
Time and material model - In this model, we will deploy 1 or more team members in a project on an hourly basis. We typically invoice clients on a monthly basis for all the services provided. In order to keep track of the number of man-hours spent on various aspects of the project, weekly and monthly (consolidated) timesheet are sent to the clients. 
Dedicated model - In this model, we deploy a dedicated resource/team based on the needs and requirements of clients. As a client, project requirements may increase or decrease with time. This model gives the client, complete flexibility of scaling up and scale down the size of the team depending on the situation of the project and various other business dynamics. Usually, invoicing in this kind of model can be done right at the start of a month or can also be done at the end, depending upon the kind of team deployed for that particular month.

Yes, as we have an inhouse team to manage so a minimum fixed price quote range between $10000 - $20000 for mobile app development and $5000-$15000 for web app development which can go beyond based on client's specific requirement.

The minimum budget that we have worked on is $5000.

The minimum was $10000 and maximum was $30000.

This solely depends on client's business goals. Although we have enabled our clients to generate revenues from the app by integrating subscription models, in app purchases, ads and referrals for them.
