We are working with Unicsoft more than 3 years as our partner for software development. With their support we were able very fast and with good quality to add new functionalities in our systems.

We offer a no-code platform to support engineering teams in construction projects. It allows users to build their own data model and user interface (views, etc.) to support their own processes such as requirement management, risk management, etc. The high configurability of levvr, requires a certain level of abstraction that is uncommon in most software applications. In order to maintain our scalability, we needed to set up levvr in a distributed way while keeping in mind various needs such as changing metamodels, a mechanism to update project data accordingly and for example to be able to capture data changes (history management). We were able to succesfully deliver all features within budget & time. The built audit log gave us a significant competitive advantage as it very difficult to imitate.

Our partnership with Unicsoft is a totally pleasant experience. They are very flexible and fast to resolve even fairly specific issues and requests, would that be finding a specialist with a sophisticated skill set, or helping us with setting up and running processes important for our project and business.

Our collaboration started in a turnkey project for development of our innovative and one-of-a-kind product that utilizes cutting edge deep-learning AI capabilities to boost up Augmented Reality experiences. It has now expanded to several satellite projects around the product. We found Unicsoft to be the best partner out there, capable of building a team of professionals that can tackle the technological challenges, deliver great results, innovative solutions and in high quality. Unicsoft turned out to be a flexible and prompt team extension partner. When we needed additional developers for other projects, they’ve quickly provided us with the staff we needed. I cannot stress how great working with Unicsoft has been. The development team I was using before them required so much hand holding and micromanaging, whereas with Unicsoft I get to sit back and trust that they have everything handled (I am a perfectionist / tend to micromanage so this rarely happens)! They are incredibly thorough and organized, for example after I signed on, they provided me with a ~180 page document detailing every single function of the current state of our site / our future objectives, as well as hundreds of lines of an Excel spreadsheet which each line being every button/area/function on the website, with a description of what it does, and any questions they had next to it. For some reference, the previous dev team did not provide me any documentation at all over the course of our partnership...so working with Unicsoft is a breathe of fresh air! I will definitely continue to use them in the future. They make it very easy.

We needed a team to bring our idea to life within tight deadlines. We chose Unicsoft for broad expertise and involvement in the project from the beginning. They shared with us thoughts about possible limitations in concept implementation, which we didn't realize before, and some of them were eventually confirmed after PoCs creation. Several PoCs were created in parallel to help us save time and check out what will work best. After that, they built the final solution - the web extension for safe shopping, and we successfully met our deadlines.

I was working for a big software development company when Unicsoft was helping us to cover our internal and external needs with all kinds of services needed for the implementation of our projects. They provided us with specialists with the required maturity level and technical ability according to the request starting from BA, designers and indeed up to Solution Architects, Infrastructure Engineers, BI Specialists, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and so on. They have a dedicated account manager who was always engaged in the process and could consult us regarding the best way to obtain the most realistic solution, and engage their internal specialists to find out what our client was striving for, and recommend the best way of implementation.

All required features were implemented within the scope, timelines, and budget thanks to effective project management. The project manager dove deeply into the project and performed more like a colleague. But, also, I was surprised at how well they helped us make important product decisions and set priorities according to customer needs.

I'm a Product Manager in B2C startup and we needed a help with our mobile app. Unicsoft went beyond all the expectations and the developer always went extra mile to help us meet the deadlines and accomplish more. The end product had a very high quality and we were confident delivering it to the end users.

We needed to add new features to an existing iPhone app that they had built two years earlier. We have obtained almost 400 airport terminal maps from around the world. I wanted those maps added to the app and overlaid onto Apple Maps on the iPhone, so the user can see where they are in the airport terminal building. Unicsoft had created the app in the first place and did a good job. I figured that it would be most cost-effective to use the same vendor again. A few bugs fixes needed to be addressed due to the new iOS 11, but the main task was to incorporate airport terminal map KMZ files into the app and enable the user to see their position on the map. Also, the different layers of the map (terminal, gates, services) needed to be toggled on and off. These maps are in-app purchases. Unicsoft developed a backend system so that I could upload maps as they were created or updated. We were assigned a project manager, a customer rep, a quality control technician, and about two programmers. Although Unicsoft has about a 9-hour time difference from me, we had Skype meetings as needed and frequent contact through email. I was always kept in the loop about the project. The attention to detail from the Unicsoft team was second to none. They found small bugs that I never saw and took care of them. Some vendors disappear for a few days with no communication, which can be quite frustrating. Unicsoft was always in contact with me, and I never felt that I wasn't getting the full picture. I knew where we were and where we were going with the project.

Quickly reacted to our request and provided an interesting suite of candidates. During the cooperation period always available and ready to help. Overall experience very good. Highly recommended.

We use Unicsoft to augment our in-house frontend development team. The people we have worked with at Unicsoft have been knowledgable with our codebase (React, Typescript, GraphQL, Node, Rails), and have contributed code and suggestions that our entire team finds valuable. We have used Unicsoft with both short term (~1-2 month) and long term (6 month+) projects and in each case, the engineers we work with take ownership and pride in the code that they write. No quick and dirty solution here! The code is well written, documented, and always up to our internal team's standards. I can't recommend them enough.
