Upgrade builds your first product and the Delaware company that owns it, in 7 weeks end to end as log as you follow our process.

One offer, the same for everyone: $3,000 in cash and 3% in common stock, issued at signing. The build runs 30 working days; delivery end to end, from discovery to accepted handover, is seven weeks.

You get brand direction logo, colour and type, the UI and UX of your product, the product built and deployed on your own domain ready for real users and real payments, plus the Delaware C-Corp, cap table, 83(b) filings and two hours with a US startup lawyer. Delaware formation is passed through at cost and is not inside the fee.

A senior engineer owns every build and is accountable for it. AI and our own reusable scaffolding are how they move fast without moving carelessly. Engineering is distributed across Cairo, Bangalore, Karachi and Warsaw, with operations in Bogota.

What we do not do, stated plainly: we do not introduce you to investors, we do not get you users, and we will not tell you whether you will raise money, because nobody honest can. Submitting an application does not create a confidential relationship and does not put us under an NDA.

At handover you receive everything: code, accounts, domains and credentials, with 30 days of warranty. Continued development is optional, separately scoped, and takes no additional equity.
