Adrian and his team were very agile and responsive. They are very transparent in their communication and operations throughout the project as we’re always able to reach them whenever we need to. Although there were some delays at certain points, the team promptly address the issues and openly discussed them with us. Despite the temporary setbacks, they were able to get back on track and deliver the items accordingly.

We worked closely with Adrian and his team during the project and their response was very quick and timely. Whenever we reach out to the team for questions, tasks, feedback, etc, they’ll get back to us as soon as they can and we’re always informed of any updates. Work is delivered on time and sometimes, they even go out of their way to complete urgent tasks which we really appreciate.

The overall experience was good, the way they understand the client's needs, spent time in communication and meetings to ensure the specifications received are complete enough, and the dedication and passion the team has are the key difference compared to other vendors. Not the type of vendor who delivered and then hands off.

Pleasant experience working with a team of professionals who were responsive and reliable. Team was accommodative towards changes in requirements from our side. Most impressive was that the entire team from Upstack Studio went above and beyond to ensure the deliverables and deadline were met. They made us feel comfortable as any of our doubts and enquiries were handled professionally and satisfactorily. They were also very knowledgeable about website design.

We learnt a lot about app development, and they were patient and thoughtful. The developer was able to provide constructive suggestion when we faced technical difficulty on our backend development. Bugs found in the app were able to be solved swiftly.
