Review Summary

I would highlight their professionalism, high level of support, and commitment. They did their best to provide deliverables on time and adapted their work schedule based on the project milestones. There was a fluent collaboration with them. Different channels were used depending on the circumstances and criticality of the topics, from the usual JIRA & Confluence tools, Slack for more immediate matters, or email or telco when needed. Thanks to their efforts, knowledge and excellent work, it was performed a transition to an internal service team in my company without issues and transparently.

What was the project name that you have worked with Veraqor, Inc. ?

Master Data Management Consulting/Staffing

What service was provided as part of the project?

Big Data & BI

Describe your project in brief

The client was looking for Master Data Management (MDM) solution, through a Staff Augmentation offering. He needed someone to carefully and completely takeover the project and deliver the solution neatly so that no data is altered and is usable.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Standing tall to the commitment and timely delivery is what stands out. When you have paid someone for a project, and the response your messages promptly, it just makes you feel a lot better.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Maybe they were often a little too technical, but probably that is just subjective. I suggest they adjust this based on the holistic understanding of each client they work with - It will really uplift they user experience game.
