App development time frame is totally depending on functions and number of screens and complexity of modules development. We start process with initial communication with client then our project manager and technical manager create mockups basis on the discussion.They also create best solutions basis on requirments and then they delivering the options to clients. Basis on the selections of options we give exact timeline and costing.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?
In terms of developing the front end and back end, time may vary based on application structure, modules and functions. However, we can consider 1:3 ratio.In some cases its 1:4 ratio.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
Every product/app/web targets a people and place. And after the forecasting app/ web demand and complexity of the application we suggest the technology with pros and cons. Now a days we almost prefer to go with React Native, Flutter as these both are all in one cross platform technology. However, In some cases we suggest native app building technologies.
Which platform do you suggest your clients to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
Well we always suggest cost effective solutions to our client. Sometime client need only single platform app due to issues of budget but we suggest them app with  flutter or react native as both technolies are proven and well developed. Based on our many years of experience, iOS and Android (iPhone/iPad / Tablet) is the default choice for many clients.
Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
Well, platform selections between Android or iOS totally depends on the requirement and business model. It differs based on project scope. 85% clients prefer to build on both platforms.
We suggest building a React Native and Flutter for many reasons such as a faster, responsive to users and advanced GUI experience. On the other hand, Native platform costs are high as compared to the hybrid platform.
We have in-house native and hybrid app developers. We mainly suggest React Native platforms.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
While analyzing the project scope, we consider parameters such as number of features , complexity, platform, required skilled resources and required timeline.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Most important thing from Wappnet Systems is we are not taking any upfront from client. We have flexible development model and payment structure. Fixed Cost Development with the Pay Per Milestone / Sprints, which gives full assurance to clients that they are paying for what they have received. Dedicated resources model , in which we assign our most experts developers to client for day to day requirements from them.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We like to support start-ups, small business owners and individuals to bring their idea into reality. We do not focus on the minimum budget.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
In year of 2019, we delivered 45+ Web and Mobile applications and 10+ Start-up solutions from $1000 to $50000.
Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?
It depends on product and platform. We have integrated-app purchases, ad banner, contextual ads, and subscriptions , Promotional ads , referral systems in app , MLM systems in app and so many things we helping to our client for generating revenue.
