WeAreFuture is a Polish company specialising in agentic AI and data. It helps leaders win in the age of AI by building an AI Engine in mid-sized and large companies, on which people and AI agents give them an edge over the competition. It takes responsibility for outcomes and is not tied to any single vendor. The company is led by its partners: Maciej Rutkowski (CEO, Managing Partner), Ignacy Bochiński (Partner, Clients & Markets) and Krzysztof Kowalski (Partner Strategy & AI Transformation). It is a knowledge partner of the AI Competence Centre at the Polish Development Fund (PFR) and co-creator of the DIMAQ AI certification at IAB Polska, as well as a Microsoft Solutions Partner, a member of the Claude Partner Network, an OpenAI Select Partner and a Databricks partner.
