Service you expect from a Web Designer/Creator... Excellent!!
Review Summary
Webmaster Services of Hawaii was very responsive in answering all our questions prior even hiring them. We got a person on the phone each time (not a recording), if we happened to get a voicemail, we got a call back within the hour, and our email communications were promptly replied. Webmaster Services was very accommodating, fair, and our communication was never an issue. In the end they performed to our expectations plus more.
Our working experience has been great and we feel we received the advice, design ideas, client education, professional expertise, guidance, and timeline we were looking for, along with a great looking website that works as intended!
It nice knowing that even after our website has been completed, we can trust Webmaster Services of Hawaii is looking after our website and our future.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Most communications are done over the phone and email. If along the way after or before each main development stage there were in-person meetings.

Excellent service and work ethic

Gary has been our company's webmaster and SEO specialist for three years. He's the best. Diplomatic, super smart, efficient, wise and has a super-handy background in web marketing as well.
