• The client’s old system had a complex and unoptimized structure for storing and managing data. The server was inefficiently managed, resulting in high costs for the client, amounting to several lakhs in Amazon’s AWS.
• The existing system was also slow, had a basic design, and provided a limited, non-interactive user experience, making it difficult for users to navigate and filter through the data effectively.

  
  Approach to the Challenge

• We build the complete system from ground up with enhanced architecture and modern UI and UX.
• Migrated the data from old database to the current system’s database.
• The server was also optimized which resulted in more than 98% deduction in cost without impacting the performance.
• Apps and Website were made more optimized and user friendly.

With the in-depth understanding of challenges, our team of UI/UX and technology architecture devised a structure and project roadmap.
The project included the implementation of Backend app development with a Web App panel and a user-friendly Flutter mobile app.
myUDAAN’s “Book My Assistant” service allows users to instantly hire skilled mobility assistants for indoor and outdoor travel.
This includes services for medical visits to social events, with just a few taps.
The app connects users to experienced assistants available on short notice.
All assistants have verified KYC credentials for safety and reliability.
Users can also renew bookings through the app.

Danvi is a coffee subscription e-commerce store based in Asterdam, Netherlands. Danvi has online website & mobile app with auto-subscription renewal for periodic coffee deliveriables.

Danvi needed online e-shop along with mobile app that can work on Android & iOS devices with feature of multi-lingual support for Dutch and English language.
The primary language for the web app and mobile app is Dutch instead of using Google translate, all the language files were manually compiled for accuracy; located at remote server to make updates quickly without need to publish mobile app again & again.
