We were impressed with their work ethics even during the interview stage and our opinion did not change along the way. Before the start of cooperation, we’ve managed to communicate our vision with a BA specialist and discuss the workflow with a PM. Thereafter, we communicated mainly with the developers. Time and tasks were tracked in Jira and all the communication was conducted in Slack and Confluence& We have nothing to say except that the work was carried out competently.

Our collaboration with Webconnect has covered every stage from initial design to ongoing feature development. Q agency started with the design and development of custom software for our mobile and web applications, leveraging their expertise in Flutter and React.js. We started with a prototype build, which provided the foundation for our MVP launch in April 2023. Following the MVP release, our work with webconnect Technology transitioned into an ongoing partnership focused on expanding and refining the platform. Key deliverables have included iterative feature releases, usability improvements and UX design work. The ongoing support and enhancements have allowed us to continuously improve the product, positioning us well for future growth.

We’ve done small group tests for the app, and the results have been great. Around 90% of the users have said they’ll continue using the app. We now have one spot for the community to engage and communicate. Moreover, we’ve noticed a significant decrease in bugs and problems — the code is truly well done, and the Xanthus Innovation"s team has been thorough.

Xanthus Innovation provide us with a custom software development designed to meet our specific business requirements. The project focused on developing a seamless, scalable platform that optimized sales channels, enhanced customer engagement, and streamlined internal processes. The team was technically competent and easy to work with. xanthus communicated well with us via Zoom meetings and delivered regular status reports via email.

Xanthus Innovations was hired to develop a user-friendly, responsive website for our retail business, focusing on helping pet parents provide the best for their fur babies. The scope of work included designing a visually appealing, brand-aligned website and building a secure e-commerce platform with easy navigation, personalized recommendations, and a streamlined checkout process. We also integrated a content management system (CMS) for effortless updates and optimized the site for search engines to drive traffic. Post-launch support, maintenance, and performance monitoring were also key deliverables, ensuring the website stays secure, functional, and successful in meeting customer needs.

We have several phases for our app development, and Xanthus Innovations has managed to develop the features that we needed on schedule. As a result, we’ve already completed the alpha version of the app and are currently working on the beta version. They deliver tasks on time and continue to stay within budget. Their management team is also very supportive — we’ve met with their founder and CEO, who actively reaches out to us to ensure that we’re getting the support that we need. For communication, we mainly use Google Meet.

Our team holds two weekly meetings to discuss and manage any new needs using Asana. During these meetings, we track our progress and make sure everything is on track. Overall, the Xanthus Innovations team has managed to meet the deadlines. Nevertheless, there have been a few cases where some tasks took more time than anticipated. However, it's worth noting that these delays are typically due to factors beyond our control involving third parties that we collaborate with. We initially used Zoom for meetings but then transitioned over to Microsoft Teams.

We typically measure their performance in terms of adherence to deadlines and the number of defects. In some cases, we don’t have in-house QA engineers, so we don’t conduct detailed testing before sending the deliverables to the customer. There have been a couple of positive testimonials from customers regarding the results of their work. As I mentioned, we’ve worked with a number of partners, but our collaboration with Xanthus Innovations has been the most successful. They’re doing a good job, and this is the best engagement we’ve had. We don’t have the headache of managing additional expertise, and they’re able to deliver results.

The outcomes that demonstrate success are increased delivery efficiency, enhanced customer satisfaction, rise in delivery order volume and finally delivering a custom app tailored to our needs.
