Zen worked closely with our not-for-profit society, to build us a custom-designed website. It met and even exceeded our expectations. Delivery was on-time and on-budget. They were very professional in their interactions and worked with us until we were satisfied with the completed functionality. Zen now hosts our website, and continues to meet our expectations when responding to our monthly request for additional functionality. I recommend that you give Zen a call if you are looking for a fantastic custom-designed website.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Willingness to work within our timeframe and budget, gave detailed reports on time allocations when sending an invoice, timely responses to request within our maintenance mode & always found us a solution. I especially liked being able to work with the same developer.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Perhaps have an emergency email that is monitored, in the event that a website is down after hours or on weekends.

The owner contacted me right away and we came up with a monthly plan that fit our budget. My project manager Sofie is fantastic. She is very responsive to emails and the work gets done efficiently and in a timely manner.
