The platform is very user-friendly as it is very simple to use

Our company Management.org has used Acuity Scheduling software for more than three years. Since we deal with a lot of clients on a daily basis, we use Acuity daily too. This software is very user-friendly as it is very simple to use. It is also real-time so when you send the scheduling link to your clients, they can immediately see your availability and they can just choose the best schedule that suits them. This removes the unnecessary email conversation of asking what time one is available and rescheduling in cases of a time conflict. Aside from that, Acuity Scheduling also creates a database of the client or user so you have their information too. This is a very important feature as we deal with a lot of clients daily.

As a beauty company, we LashFX are constantly booking clients for our services locally, and have been using online booking software for years. Before setting up and booking directly through our own website, we booked all of our clients through the Acuity app. We had great success using Acuity and we used it for years before switching to our own website. We used it daily as we were booking multiple people per day.

As a Pinterest Expert at Laurarike that often makes appointments with clients, Acuity Scheduling has been a very useful tool because of its automated systems, payment processor, and self-booking options to name a few. The pros are undoubtedly the easy booking process, awesome integrations, and organized schedule management. I’d have to say the only cons I’ve come across are clients occasionally have trouble with the coaching services scheduler. When the rest of the software is so user friendly, it’s not hard to find something that doesn’t flow as smoothly as the rest.

I am the Head of Marketing at Inwara. Off late, there's been an unprecedented rise in the number of scheduling softwares in the market and so the "best pick'' becomes more challenging.  1. Personally, me and my company have been using Acuity Scheduling and have had a seamless experience with it.  2. The star features about Acuity Scheduling that really appeals to me is its easy to use interface and robust integration with social media and Calendars. Further, it also has a mobile app which prevents you from missing meetings even when you log off from your PC.  But the only con that has been noticed by our team in this software as it offers a multitude of customizable features, it sometimes makes it difficult to use for people who are using an appointment software for the first time. Even though it offers a list of learning resources, the absence of phone support makes it more difficult.

To be precise, it’s more on business administration and is perfect for companies like mine. For someone who’s always on the go like me, Acuity suits perfectly as I can use it from my mobile phone. So matter where I am, I can still check on it anytime and will not miss any of my scheduled appointments. It can be integrated with the big digital calendars in the market like Google and Apple calendar.. And the best part, it works well when integrated into mass email services like Mailchimp and Aweber. Though it took me some time to figure out how to merge all of my appointments into just one calendar, I'm liking acuity above all. Generally, all scheduling software out there all have features in common and a distinction from each other as well. As they say, there’s no one solution that fits all. So depending on your preferences, choosing which one perfectly suits your needs will surely not fail your expectations.

It is ideal for SMB and individual professionals. We have got $15 per month, and it has a lot to offer. It lets us automate appointment bookings, customize the intake forms, and then provide embeddable calendars. So, if you have a mobile app or your website, Acuity allows you to get an API so you can integrate it. Fast and easy. I am also confident that all our clients' info is secured. Here are some more things I observed.PROS:We can customize our scheduling links so they would sound more professional.We can customize the calendar settings per member.User-friendlyCONSFormatting may appear dull.

The software is cloud-based, easy to understand and use.

Acuity is cloud-based scheduling software that allows you remote access through mobile applications on Android and iOS as well. Using this software, our comapny - Parenting Nerd has streamlined all appointment problems for me and I would suggest anyone to use it. Videos were available for training and I got easily fluent with using the software.   Pros Since it is cloud-based, I find it very convenient that I can access it anywhere. The training content includes videos, webinars, and supportive documentation which is highly effective.   Cons While the software overall is user friendly, there are some parts that are very confusing like setting up coaching packages and setting up all in one calendar. The calendar display is poor and hard to navigate. Despite a few imperfections I would still use this software. I believe the few drawbacks of the software will soon be eradicated with new updates and maybe then it can get a rating of 5.

 Pocket friendly, easy to use, and automated software

Our company, The Rosenstein Group, is a recruitment firm with a globally distributed team. We use Acuity Scheduling, which has been a boon and has served us well for the last couple of years.   There is a lot to love about Acuity but what stands out the most for me is the ability to manage candidates and clients in different locations and time zones so that everyone sees the calendar that is most appropriate. The best part is that you do not have to adjust all this manually; your scheduling calendar automatically adjusts for locations and time zones, which takes the fuss out of running a global business.  The app also acts as a CRM where it automatically pulls up previously stored information about a candidate. This way, you not only know who you are meeting and when; you have some basic background information about the candidate too.  The only drawback with this app is that there is no quick and easy way to contact the customer service team for support. This is quite odd, even annoying in this day and age of bots, live chats, and 24/7 support. If you want any questions answered, you will need to fill out a contact form!

We at Force by Mojio use Acuity Scheduling. The pros of Acuity Scheduling are that it’s inexpensive, has built-in payment processing, and has a great notification and reminder system. The cons are that it has limited customization options and it could stand to be more user-friendly.
