We People Find Fast have been using ADP Workforce Now. It is one of the top-ranked HR software I have ever used. I have been using this software for the past two years on a daily basis for my company. Workforce offers a wide range of features that employers can use to find and interview candidates. It also provides insights into employee performance so employers can make informed decisions about their workforce. There are many pros to using ADP Workforce Now, such as robust applicant tracking systems and recruiting software, the fast and easy-to-use interface, and the wide range of features and tools that it offers. However, there are also some cons to using ADP Workforce Now, such as it doesn’t reflect employee engagement.

We have used ADP Workforce now for several years and unfortunately we have had several struggles. In an effort to streamline our processes we have found many roadblocks and manual processes.

Overall ADP does mainly what we want it to do. We have run into some issues where our benefits and payroll modules dont speak well with each other. Recently, ADP changed where you can no longer email your account manager for anything you must always call which is very time consuming. I personally like how the recruitment module is able to have our managers interact with applicants and even HR on their decisions. It would be nice if we could send message to employees through ADP, not many of our employees have access to email everyday but log into ADP to clock in and out. Also, ive noticed it goes down a lot at 5pm when everyone is trying to clock out.

Have used Workforce Now for many years for payroll, time & attendance and HR. Makes what used to be a 3-person job function now easy to manage with just one employee. Big time saver and loads of functionality.

It is missing crutial customization features that could make this truly an executive's best friend. Running reports and where to go for those reports should be centralized and date ranges should not be bound by your time keeping cycle. It seems impossible to run a to date report it's always last pay cycle.

ADP Workforce Now is truly the best all in one HR platform we have ever used at my company. We couldn't be happier with it!

ADP Workforce Now is very user friendly and provides an universal system for our company. Our employees are able to log in and make many changes to their profiles online versus paper or email. Saves us a lot of time! We love the different modules that are available and how every module works together! Great system. It obviously is new, so there are a few tweaks that could be made.

ADP is a comprehensive system that is allowing our organization to streamline and become more efficient. We learn something new each day that we use the system. We are still training and in process of implementing, but the implementation process is smooth and the ADP team is great!
