I am the founder and CEO of Agiled. Agiled is an all-in-one business management platform designed to help you manage employees, projects, tasks, track your time, create professional contracts, track expenses, send professional invoices that get you paid faster, and much more.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
Agiled was created when I got frustrated by switching between different tools to manage my business. It wasted a lot of my time, which I would have spent on growing my business.

Things can get crazy when you are managing a business, and you have to switch between several tools to manage your clients, team, finances, and projects. Agiled was built to help with that :)
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Agiled is a relatively young software as compared to its competitors but in a very short span of time, it has exceeded feature-wise its many competitors. At Agiled, we are determined to make our all-tier as good as standalone market leaders. As compared to its competitors that claim to be complete business management suite but still miss many features like Proposals, HRM, or Payroll, Agiled provides everything under one roof.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
Agiled is not industry-specific. It works great for small to medium businesses of any kind especially agencies. It’s a good fit for freelancers, agencies, photographers, service providers, solopreneurs, and entrepreneurs, etc.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
Agiled is a suite of tools. While our competitors focus on only client management features, we along with client management focus on Team management as well.

I will say it's near to 85%. We are very responsive to our customer feedback, and we are enhancing and adding features totally based on customer feedback. Along with that, our primary focus is making a pleasing UX and UI as well. You can check out our customer reviews. Our ratings are 4.7+.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Our business model is subscription-based so all our customers are recurring.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, we have a knowledge base populated with help articles. Along with that, we have a YouTube channel for videos as well.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We provide support over email and chat. We do one-one support calls as well.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2020?

Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years, I see Agiled as a leader in Business Management serving millions of customers. I want Agiled to be a sweet spot and a go-to tool for all of our current and potential customers.
