I needed something to pull all my data together and let me understand the health of my customers and what risks I need to deal with. It's worked perfectly for that. I'm also using it to ID upsell opps which has been super valuable.
There were a few bugs when we started using it but their onboarding team were very supportive and had them fixed very quickly. There is no way I could have afforded Gainsight or most of the other tools I looked at so it was great to get access to this type of tech for a few hundred dollars per year.
