AllRide Apps is a subsidiary of Innofied and provides smart applications for Transport & Delivery businesses to help them maximize operational efficiency with an optimal amount of automation and AI-based predictive analysis and forecasting. AllRide products come packed with features like managing shipments, real-time tracking, route optimization, demand forecasting, predictive maintenance of vehicles, and much more. I am the founder and CEO of Innofied Solution Pvt. Ltd.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
We have found a huge gap between transport and delivery businesses not able to use technology in their favor, let alone use smart technologies. So, we tried to create a connected system that can provide smart technology (data of ride, car, driver, map) to most transport and logistics businesses with less time and cost.

AllRide helps Transport & Delivery businesses maximize operational efficiency with automation and AI-based predictive analysis and forecasting. We did a great deal of research about the type of systems businesses in these 2 domains use, and what we have seen is either they manage everything manually or use internal systems, which are often too rigid. In other words, these companies are yet to adopt the advanced and smart connected technology that would have helped them to use data well, get better predictions, generate more demand, improve internal communication, reduce manual work, and provide a superior customer experience.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

Broadly, we cater to two types of industries- Transport and Delivery Businesses. Transport Businesses like Cab Rental, Bus Booking, Truck Booking, and Micromobility Solutions Delivery Businesses like Food, Grocery, Courier, Retail, Ecommerce, and Cannabis.

According to online reviews, the customer satisfaction rate we have received so far is more than 95%. 

We implement several stages of development to meet the needs of all customers. They include a transparent and detailed process for developing as well as an efficient customer management system with dedicated Customer Support Managers working continuously to raise the standards. It is important to listen to our customers' feedback and act accordingly. Our company strives for transparency and openness with each client, which fosters a friendly environment where they can feel comfortable expressing themselves and creating successful projects together.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
We provide License-based customized & enterprise solutions and Subscription-based solutions. The license-based solutions are developed upon a base solution, and customizations are done per the client's specific needs. This offers a cost-effective approach to startups and emerging businesses, allowing them to start lean and expand the solution gradually. This approach works well for us, and we enjoy a high repeat ratio of over 70%.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, of course. We provide detailed documentation on how to best use the software. Additionally, we provide a real-time onboarding experience to our clients.

We have various types of support mechanisms in place for businesses to experience 0 downtimes. We provide support to our clients via email, help desk, FAQs, forum, knowledge base, phone support, and chat. We also provide our customers with in-person training, including live/online demos, webinars, documentation, and videos.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?
Since April 2021, revenue generated from AllRide products and solutions has been close to INR 3 crores. With the pandemic gradually ending, we expect this to be higher next FY.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
AllRide Apps is the brainchild of Innofied Solutions, a leading product engineering, and digital transformation company. The product was conceptualized in 2018 and was available to the public in late 2020. Since then, we have delivered more than 100 licensed-based products to enterprises, totaling a little over INR 12.5 crores in sales. We have recently started offering our SaaS-based solutions and onboarding customers. We are targeting SMBs and large enterprises with our SaaS offerings. We already have 300+ users, some of which are paying customers. Multiple businesses are lined up to start their paid subscriptions in the next 3-6 months. Over the last year, we have focused on bringing automation to AllRide, further improving our clients' businesses' operational efficiency and profitability. We are aware of the growing impact of artificial intelligence and machine learning and are constantly looking for ways to make the most out of it.
