What Users Like The Most

  • The fact that I can see which of my colleagues are in the office on a certain day makes it super easy to align with them, decide when to schedule meetings, and so on. Also, the app is generally fast and really easy to use, I'm not the only one that likes it in our team.
  • The app is very user-friendly, I can to reserve a desk quickly when I need one, but I also have a recurring reservation that I just edit if my schedule changes. We have been running hybrid for more than a year and this tool is a life saver.

What Users Like The Least

  • It’d be awesome if the app could just suggest the best times to go in, based on when my coworkers are there and maybe based on my previous booking history. Right now, I have to check everyone’s schedule myself, but having it do that automatically would make things way easier, I don't know if any tool out there does this, probably not but I would love that feature.
  • When we started using Archie, the Slack integration wasn't available, which was a pity, but now I can confirm bookings in Slack which is cool, just wish they launched it sooner.

The Best Visitor Management System Out There

Might be the best visitor solution, I tried both from an admin perspective and for the end user. It seems very simple at first but actually it can handle everything, guest WIFI access, automation based on visitor type, can even connect it to smart locks although we haven't done that yet. It work great for our needs.

Very easy to track visitors check-ins, manage documents and NDAs, export logs and know who is on site at any time

What do you like the least about Archie?

It takes some time to set it up the first time, in our case around 2 weeks, but that is a one-off thing and their team was very helpful

Easy To Reserve a Desk or Conference Room

The App has a nice and modern design, I mostly use the mobile app and it works well. It gives visibility into my team's schedule and I can book desks, phone booths and community space in no time

From Microsoft team I can easily book a desk or room with an interface that is similar to Archie's mobile App. This way I can just do everything without switching to a different tool, but can still use their app when I'm not at my desk

I wish we could use it for parking spots too, maybe it's possible and it's just us that didn't set it up, not sure.

Great App and Fantastic team behind it

The App is intuitive, has a modern design, a bit minimalistic but I like it. It handles room reservations well and we also use it for tracking office visitors. It does capacity planning and team schedules too although we haven't fully started to use those features yet

It improve how we manage our office

This is a great app for managing most aspects of our worksapce, for me in particular I love how fast I can look up my colleagues or book a desk or room. It saves me a lot of time compared to having to manually align with them.

I love it! It gives visibility into my team's schedule and I can book desks, phone booths and community spaces for them when I know they are at the office. We also use it to register visitors and we get notifications as soon as they check-in.

Perfect visitor and conference room system

Archie has been great for our team. It has and modern design, it's easy to use, and it covers everything from visitor access to room and desk booking. As a user I mostly use the mobile app and it works great, as an admin I also have access to specific analytics like occupancy or who is on site.

Nicely integrated into the Teams app

It intergrates with both Microsoft Teams and Outlook so we can manage reservations from there without even opening the Archie app, which is pretty nice and made adoption very easy.

Great solution for hybrid work

The hot desking feature works great, our team can book desks and meeting rooms and check-in via QR codes once they are there. It updates in real time and I can see who is working from which workstation directly in the Archie app.
