About AssetLab

AssetLab is a Canadian CMMS and enterprise asset management platform built by asset managers and maintenance planners who have implemented these systems for municipalities. It brings the operational, strategic and financial sides of asset management into one place. Teams handle work requests, work orders, preventive maintenance, parts inventory, vendors, contracts and compliance day to day, while managers track asset condition, criticality and lifecycle cost, plan replacements and build capital plans from live data.

Technicians work from native iOS and Android apps, requesters submit issues without a paid seat, and a REST API with 380 endpoints plus AI assistant connections (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) put the data to work. Operational data, including backups, is hosted in Canada. Our customers manage more than $700M in assets, and the largest portfolios exceed 130 buildings. Pricing is flat and transparent, with no per-asset fees.
