A rollercoaster journey that came good!

We had been using an existing solution for 15 years and whilst it was still working well it was end of life and no updates were possible. Due to the size of the project involved we kept pushing it to lower priority, something always became more important! I began researching and found ASTPP would manage all of our requirements. We started off with the community edition. Even though we were used to operating a billing system we quickly assumed, wrongly, ASTPP would not be for us and nearly gave up. The migration was not plain sailing and that is not the fault of the product. The sheer determination from the ASTPP team to make this a success has been staggering and they have worked with us to ensure a positive outcome. We have been live for a few months now and honestly have not looked back. Due to the additional features available we opted for the Enterprise edition along with a support package. Well done and thank you team ASTPP.

ASTPP by iNEXTRIX, an amazing journey

I started with them in the early 2020 and immediatly I understood their knowledge and appreciate their availability, that was important for us wanting to realize a great project. Till now, together we've realized a lot of personalized features and actually we're still working together to others. Great Platform , low risk and high reward and service

We have utilised other vendor platforms over the years and ASTPP was a breeze to test via they free version for us to make a decision before moving over to the paid for platform. Since moving over ASTPP is great value for money and great support as well. We moved over to ASTPP in a high available solution that works great and their custom development assisted us with billing system integration. Best VoIP Platform for Small Medium and Large Organization

The team has always been very helpful with all the issues we have faced through out all the versions I have worked on, from Version 3, 4 then version 5 and now running my organization is working on the Beta version 5. I can say this has been great because I have gained experience myself through out many years I have worked with this team. I always recommend the products to clients looking for their own platforms to go with ASTPP. I don't see myself giving another platform a chance now even going to give the iCallify: Intelligent Call Center Software a try because I know they will always provide good assistance whenever I will come across any issues.

Very helpful and competent support

ASTPP offers a great and well put together piece of software. What sets them apart however is the support and guidance that comes with the licenced version and various monthly support packages they have to offer. In my opinion, these are reasonably priced and comprehensive enough to support even the largest of deployments. I would highly recommend checking out their offering and spending some time with their sales staff discussing your needs. They are more than willing to help!

Great software for wholesale voice termination

ASTPP has been our switch of choice for wholesale voice termination since 2013 – 8 years is a lifetime in this industry! Over the years we have seen customers and suppliers change their switch chasing features, however the open-source model for ASTPP allowed direct code changes to add features straight into the switch. iNextrix/ASTPP team have been very supportive of customers adjusting the code themselves if the customer has the ability to do this, which we have done. We've also used commercial support packages from iNextrix which saved our own coders time and allowed us to quickly leapfrog wholesale voice competitors with features not available on other switches. iNextrix have built a truly open system in ASTPP and it's nice to be able to add small features ourselves or have the option of having the team program them for us. We have run a single instance of ASTPP running on a single server for many hundreds of concurrent calls. I can whole heartedly recommend ASTPP for commercial wholesale voip

Best provider software ever in the domain of VOIP

We encounter issue with one of our provider. The Inextrix team worked on it without stop until they finally find the issue. The issue was from my dialer server but they also fix it even if it's not their software related directly, it's very rare today to see such professional works. They doing everything for their clients have the best solution to have a softswitch working simple and good to look also. We coming from other provider and i can tell you my old softswitch provider is far away from Inextrix in a lot of domain, support, understanding of client needs, debugging etc... Really for every company than want to start in the world of VoIP or companies that want to change their switch I can only advise you to go without think a sec with Inextrix they will never let you down until they find a solution whatever your request or bug and i think it's the most important for every one.
