I loved the canned responses. We were able to answer our attendees not only quickly, but with the correct response as well. Users were able to gain analytics from the system about where our attendees were from and what type of computer or phone they were using. This helped when they asked us to troubleshoot some issues on our other platform. Users were able to see what attendees were writing so they could pre-empt the question and get the information over to the attendee faster.

The billing process starts when you order the software. This was difficult for us because one of our conferences landed in between the billing period. Therefore, it meant we would have to pay for 2 months of the program when we only needed it for one. We were able to speak with their team and figured out a solution which was great.

It's the greatest pipeline tool chatbot I've used, plus it integrates with a ton of other services, so you can do cool stuff like having it dial leads for you as soon as they're created.

BotPenguin does not have any big flaws in my opinion. BotPenguin is a promising Chatbot platform with strong future prospects. I just feel like Hubspot, which handles a lot of marketing, is the most comparable service, and that not enough people are aware of BotPenguin

From the beginning, I appreciated the ease of use and organization of the work area. Initially, it was among the first platforms to allow integration with external systems to create interesting automations and WebView's.
What do you like the least about BotPenguin?
BotPenguin pace of growth could certainly be greater. The flow designer arrived years after the various competitors and, all today, is lacking in some functionalities. The block approach is still standing, but the platform should instead turn and convert completely to the flow designer.
