What users like the most

  • BotPenguin impressed us from day one with their absolutely excellent proposal, and then throughout the project by delivering everything on time. We got what we needed in the end, but I can’t really comment on whether Deeper Insights’ AI or coding was the best or not, as this is the first time I’ve worked on a project like this. On the personal side, I loved their team. They were on time or ahead of time. I can’t fault them for anything.
  • The quality of the job stood out to us. With them, once we give them instructions, they follow them, especially when creating the code.
  • They delivered exactly on time and on budget. No job was too big or small for them and I am already talking with them on creating another site for me

What users like the least

  • The only thing I would perhaps say is that BotPenguin’ leader is very busy. He was confused at times, but I think that they took on quite a lot of work. This didn’t affect our project in any way, but you could just tell that he became very, very busy. There were a few things he might have missed in the back and forth, but there was nothing that the team themselves could have done better.
  • There could a little bit better communication. There have been a few times when it was hard to get a point across, but that’s on a small scale. Everything has been accomplished.
  • Nothing to change. Really enjoyed the experience of working with BotPenguin and highly recommend working with them

We worked together for 9 months with a payment of $40,000, only for them to hold the software code hostage unless I pay another $400,000 or $30,000 to continue the work without giving the code of the software. I have nothing to show for my investment but frustration and lost time.
