I am the CEO of Chanty and founded Chanty with the purpose of making life easy for organizations.
Chanty is an easy-to-use team collaboration tool built for the purpose of communication and task management for small, medium, and large-sized organizations. Our aim is to increase employee productivity and help ease the process of completing tasks and communication with employees.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
I was an angry customer of a collaboration tool myself and didn’t see the earlier tools fulfilling the purpose for my team and myself. So, with all that was lacking, I decided to build a tool on my own. My objective was and continues to make the flow of communication as easy as possible - with minimum bugs and a smooth experience. Along with this, I wanted to make sure that employees complete their tasks efficiently hence we built Chanty’s task management features that allow you to stay organized and more productive than usual.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Firstly, our service is very pocket friendly compared to other alternatives available in the market. Not just this, we offer a lot of features in our free plan that others do not such as audio calls, voice messages, built-in task management, etc. I did not enter the market only for money – I entered to solve a problem for my team and others. Money just came with it. Besides this, we have multiple other features that current alternatives lack such as a team book that neatly organizes all your messages, a Kanban board that lets you manage all your tasks in one place, and tons of integrations that save your time from switching between multiple apps. For the fun part, we have customized GIFs and emojis that are far more fun to use.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
Never say never! And never limit your options! We welcome everyone and already have a diverse range of industries using Chanty. In my opinion, it is beneficial for literally ALL industries.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
One of the handiest features of Chanty is its unlimited chat history. If you’re a newbie to the company, don’t worry about catching up by going here and there – you can do it all with a single click now!
You can also turn your messages into assignments or tasks and give them a due date to act as a traditional sticky note for you.
Most importantly, we don’t want to complicate things for you. Chanty is the most user-friendly application in the market…and the list goes on.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Most of our review ratings lie between 8.5-10 out of 10. We follow very strict protocols within the organization to keep a track of our customer needs and requirements. We have customers reviewing Chanty on more than 50 review sites that are monitored daily. Our team makes sure to keep a track of good and bad reviews. For good reviews, we celebrate every moment. For the upsetting ones, we make sure to contact the customer personally, ask what their issue is and resolve it within 24 hours. Besides this, our team is constantly evaluating the market and keeping a track of current trends.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Our business model works on a subscription basis. We have a lot of loyal customers that are with us from the very beginning. We are constantly working hard to keep the churn rate at the minimum and make sure all our customers are satisfied to the maximum.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, we have several resources that can be a source of knowledge for our current and future users.
First is the communication software section on our website that allows you to see how your industry can benefit from using Chanty.
Secondly, we have a blog section that has a wide variety of knowledge for anyone and everyone who wants to increase productivity, get to know interesting things about remote and physical working, some fun work memes, collaboration tools alternatives, guides to various teams, leaders, managers and so much more for employees to learn from!
Thirdly, we have a library section that has some interesting books written by Chanty for you to read and learn from.
And then we also have a productivity calculator and a work-life balance calculator that is used by a lot of people to help them get to know themselves better!
