With each account you have access to tracking and reporting and it has a media sharing tool with a free library and also a powerful eCommerce integration for Shopify stores, which is fantastic. Constant Contact offers live chat and community support resources. They also do in person seminars in the US to help you grow your business. A negative could be that it is a basic marketing software, so it doesn't have complex features and the seminars are only in the US, but overall I would highly recommend it.
