Basically a document management software, but way more workflow automation software that is a compelling option for businesses with remote workforce

It's very helpful for me as it provides proper analytics and reporting capabilities that are a real need for my business, and this way it helped me to understand how my document processes are performing and identify an area for improvement. This tool provides us with tools for capturing and digitizing paper documents, such as scanners and OCR software. with the help of this tool, we are able to keep track of document changes and revert to previous versions if needed. And also, we can create a custom workflow and forms.

The documents are accessible anywhere and at any time and are always up to date with the latest changes. For example, when I upload a new version of our privacy policy, it automatically replaces the old version that was already stored. I have been very pleased with this product. The software can easily manage all of our customer documents and is so easy to use! It's easy to use and allows you to create and print new forms, letters, and documents. It's also great for collaborating with others in the office, as it's easy to send forms to co-workers for edits or signatures. However, one downside is that this software does not allow you to customize forms to meet your particular needs.
