What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

The primary objective behind developing EMDECS was to provide a centralized and scalable solution for managing fleet maintenance operations efficiently. We recognized the need for a robust software platform that could streamline maintenance processes, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall fleet performance while accommodating the diverse requirements of both small and large-scale operations. Rapid efficiency gains from having EMDECS handle tasks that would often take a person hours, etc.

How is your software beneficial from a value-addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

EMDECS offers unique value additions to clients compared to other software alternatives in the market. Its scalability allows it to cater to the needs of small repair shops as well as large enterprise-level fleets with thousands of assets.

We cater to various industries, including transportation, logistics, construction, utilities, emergency vehicle repair and more. In the past six months alone we have had a good number of customers return to our solution after dissatisfaction elsewhere as well as new companies joining at the recommendation of a team member previously familiar with us.

We also are happy to do virtual onboarding/training and system setup free of additional charge to ensure you and your team get the best out of our system because your success is our success.

What has been the revenue for your product for 2023?

We’re a privately held company but we have global customers, including the world's largest LTL fleet in North America.

Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?

In the next 10 years, we envision EMDECS evolving into an even more advanced and indispensable tool for fleet maintenance management. We anticipate leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and predictive analytics to further enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for our clients. Additionally, we aim to expand our global reach and continue innovating to meet the evolving needs of the fleet management industry.
