Great CRM for Small Businesses
We implemented EspoCRM about 3 years ago after outgrowing our spreadsheet files. The initial setup and data import didn't took long. We run a consulting business with a mix of ongoing clients and new leads and being able to customize the pipeline stages and create custom fields for opportunity types was a must for us. The day-to-day usage has been smooth. Our team of seven uses it consistently now, which honestly surprised me given how resistant they were to our previous CRM attempt.

What do you like the most about EspoCRM?
The software has great project management extension that we use to plan and organize different projects. We used to have problems with sales and delivery teams not communicating task handoffs properly. Now everything's done in EspoCRM and our project manager can see exactly what was promised during the sales process. That alone has prevented several awkward client conversations.
What do you like the least about EspoCRM?
No software is perfect, but I didn't experience any major drawbacks.
