ExtraaEdge is a data science-driven Sales and Marketing software developed for Educational Institutes, focused on increasing student enrollments and optimizing the marketing cost via automation and analytics. It enables educational institutes to automate, streamline and manage their student enrollment funnel. Also through behavior analytics, institutes can measure their ROI during the critical admission period. Take course corrective measures, optimize efforts to the granular level, and much more. Overall increasing admissions and reducing the marketing spend for Educational Institutes.

Well, if we speak about my role, I am the Co-Founder of the company. But as you know, a Co-Founder has to wear different hats of marketing, hiring, content writing, product development, etc. My ultimate goal is to ensure that everything in the organization has quality, be it our operations or product delivery.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
The Objective behind creating ExtraaEdge is - “Bring Power of technology to education, thereby making their process & outcomes better.”
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
ExtraaEdge is the pioneer of “Education Marketing Software”, being an early starter is our biggest competitive advantage.
Innovation being our priority, our product features are updated periodically to serve our customers better and solve their business use cases, which is again one of the value additions, as compared to other alternatives.
At ExtraaEdge we believe in Customer Success over customer support, which means we guide our end users & customers to become subject matter experts.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries, in general, are highly benefiting by using your software?
We are a vertical B2B SAAS company and cater only to the Education Industry. 
ExtraaEdge has been beneficial across education in increasing conversions & saving marketing spending. Universities, Overseas Consulting/Training, Ed-Tech/E-learning, B-Schools, Coaching are some of the segments that we cater to.

Our Subject matter Expertise in Education helps us to understand problems better, hence providing a curated product bucket for our customers which ensures a smooth admission journey for their prospective students.
Our In-built WhatsApp feature is again one of our biggest differentiators, as it enables the team to be where their prospects are, and leverage WhatsApp as a medium that has the highest open rates as compared to any other messaging platform.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
At ExtraaEdge, our end-users and their satisfaction are our utmost priority.

To cater to their requirements we make sure to:
  1. Provide them with a customized CRM Dashboard that would be identical to the current processes of their team and make tracking, and team performance better.
  2. Hands-on training & consulting to make them aware of the best usage of the products.
  3. Our Customer Success team makes sure to have a consultative approach to educate & guide our customers that makes sure that they have a WoW experience in terms of usage and also ensures they have a futuristic perspective on what to do next, to make the student experience better.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Yes Definitely. Approx 80% of our customers are repetitive and have been associated with us for years now.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
We definitely believe in educating our end users to make sure the optimal usage of the product.
To begin with, we have a CRM Certification Programme that ensures that the end-users are well aware of all the functionalities and are equipped to use the same.
We provide teams with continuous Usage Reports of Counselors for clear visibility on what features are used by the counselor and what all they can leverage to ensure better conversions.
We also make sure to update our end users on New feature releases, through Emails with release notes & detailed docs.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We ensure support in the form of chat, call, e-mail & ticketing.
We also have dedicated Customer Success Managers for helping the admissions team win every day.

We are $~1M in terms of our Annual Recurring Revenue.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
Not Exactly 10 years but in the next few years. we aim to become the “Globally Preferred” Education marketing Technology to increase admissions & optimize marketing spending.
