What Users Like The Least

  • One minor gripe is the lack of deeper integrations. It would be helpful to sync certain data like completed job sheets or asset movement directly into our internal council systems or procurement portals.
  • While Field Force Tracker has greatly improved our ability to act on real-time field data for procurement decisions, one challenge we faced was interdepartmental sync during the early rollout.
  • Sometimes the mobile app can be slow, especially when loading large job files or image uploads. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it slows our technicians down in the field.
