Easy to Use, free, and always improving each year
Hangouts have gotten a lot better in the past few years, namely from 2020 to 2022. Polls and the chat are fun to use. We prefer it over zoom at our organization now that Hangouts has added recordings.

Doesn't have sophisticated notetaking or voice-to-note abilities like paid software
