Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
I came up with the idea of GreenRope as an evolution of my first company, CoolerEmail, which was an email marketing platform. We found that many of our clients struggled with finding how to connect their marketing data with the rest of their business. After talking to them, we realized that to do marketing right, it has to be tightly integrated with sales and operations, which meant we had to create a platform with a different mindset from the ground up. 
GreenRope started as a CRM, with marketing, customer service, and other operational elements connected to it from the initial design. This means our clients don’t have to search for software to do what they need to do on a daily basis - they have everything they need bundled together, without the need to build and maintain complicated APIs and data structures.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
All software is built to save time or money (or at least it should be). By creating an all-in-one, or “Complete CRM”, we built the ultimate business platform to help sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams work efficiently and effectively. It saves money by providing a way for businesses to accomplish what they need without having to rely on bundling different software together and hiring developers to do complex integrations. It saves time through a wide range of automation and communication features that scale to any size business or non-profit.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
GreenRope is built around a simple business model, where every feature is available and pricing scales only with the number of contacts in the account. You get unlimited users, emails, forms, automation, and more. By including so many elements that every business needs (email marketing, mobile marketing, sales enablement, project management, knowledge management, event management, support ticketing, web analytics), it simplifies and consolidates the tools every business needs both tactically and strategically.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
We have clients in almost every industry, from manufacturing to logistics to marketing services, higher education, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. GreenRope was built to be flexible, and to adapt to almost any business model.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
The wide array of tools that GreenRope offers sets it apart from our competition in the space, combined with the simple, affordable pricing, and a level of customer service that you don’t find anywhere else. We care deeply about the success of our customers and see them as partners. We also offer a white label / private label solution, allowing a deeper partnership where our clients offer our technology to their channels and generate recurring revenue from it.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We measure customer satisfaction by our reviews and how our customers rate their interactions with our support team. Every month, we publish our customer service chat ratings on our social media channels as proof of our ongoing dedication to providing industry-leading customer service. We offer free support to our customers through email, phone, live chat, web conference, and ticketing system. It’s something we care a lot about - if our customers can reach out to us when they need help and not have to worry about getting their questions answered, they’ll be happy for a long time.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
GreenRope is a monthly subscription service. As such, our customers stay with us as long as they need a Complete CRM, which we hope is forever. Most of our customers have been with us for many years, and we maintain a regular monthly churn of under 1%.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes - we have extensive resources available to our customers for free. We have white papers, e-books, videos, recorded webinars, interviews, and more, all searchable and available on our knowledge base. We also have an overlay help system to walk customers through tasks they’d like to accomplish. Sprinkled throughout the system are convenient to help bubbles to provide context and tips to the many features available to our users’ fingertips.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
GreenRope includes a powerful, intuitive ticketing system that integrates directly with our CRM and marketing automation tools. We offer it free with our CRM and it provides all the tools a customer service team needs to manage cases efficiently. We also have a tight integration with Olark for live chat, and since we are on Zapier, we also support integrations through that as well.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2021?
Revenue for GreenRope in 2021 was $1.7M.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
GreenRope is built on listening to the specific needs of our customers and watching general industry trends. We have been both reactive to feedback and proactive about providing state of the art technology to our users and will continue to expand our feature set while improving our user experience.
