My firm New Horizon Home Buyers uses Kibo order management software, which offers a cutting-edge order management platform with all the essential tools for managing orders, inventory, and fulfillment. Over the past two years, we have used this software. Kibo OMS has yet to fully develop its distributed order management (DOM) capabilities, which let retailers combine the supply side and set up intricate order fulfillment logic to meet demand from various channels in order to maximize speed and minimize cost. Value for money and customer service issues, however, are two significant issues that have been brought up in the past. It is difficult to compile statistics on any given indicator, according to my evaluations of the reporting capabilities. Finally, Kibo expanded through a number of acquisitions. As a result, it can face a unique set of integration and customer service difficulties.

There are many positive things to this software, and we use it for website making. It has nice OOTB features. It gave me unbelievable business experience. It is a big platform for beginners and start-ups. User friendly with just enough frills to allow us to enjoy setting up the first store. While processing orders it provides a step-by-step checklist.
