I'm really impressed with them. Their customer service is amazing! There's a quick link to give feedback on the app, which makes it easy to report issues or suggest features. I've shared some ideas and encountered a few glitches, and they surprised me by responding through email or even with a phone call! MyTime has called me several times to discuss my ideas or understand any small issues I'm having. It's rare to find that kind of service nowadays, and I love it! I have direct contact numbers and email addresses for real people who answer the phone – awesome. We've tried different scheduling software options, but none of them fit our needs for our home-based business, or they didn't have a mobile app for on-the-go use.

What do you like the most about MyTime?
The app allows us to schedule appointments, input client information, call and message clients, and check analytic info. The software enhances the possibilities even more. You can customize automatic and professional-looking emails/texts for reminders or thank-yous, ask for reviews automatically, and check a customer's profile for their app communication history
What do you like the least about MyTime?
I really wish there was a widget to quickly see my calendar (they mentioned they're working on it). It'd be great if I could color-code appointments by type and also color-code my blocked-out time.
