Helps sales to organise more successful travels and have access to the most accurate data.
The customer support of the team Oncontact is very much quick as well as smooth. Any query is responded within 24 hrs with the quickest possible solution.
The cloud version of the software is better than the local networked system. As it provides more features and options on the cloud version.

What Users Like The Least

Bulky data sets can be a little time consuming at the time of being imported from a forign entity.
Number of clicks should be as low as possible to navigate from one page to the destination page. That is an area where they can make significant improvements.
Need to understand some technical options.

We are using Oncontact CRM for our organization as it is a small business accounting software. We found this software simple to use and easy to handle. Abstracting data and reports is also very smooth and time-saving with this tool. This CRM solution can integrate with other accounting software. There are lots of advanced and useful functions that meet our needs.

Oncontact CRM is a mid-market CRM software developed by WorkWise, a leading provider of customer relationship and enterprise resource planning.

I like this software a lot because it automates the sales and marketing process which helps improve our company’s productivity and efficiency. This solution really helped me to find bugs and issues in the system. It has many capabilities to showcase complete sales management. Easy to use and easy to navigate for a beginner. The same screen is available on desktops and smartphones.

Pretty Robust product can work under good or bad situations. Thumbs up to the team Oncontact CRM.

We have been using this tool for a year and my team and I couldn’t be more satisfied. With ease, our sales team can track leads through the sales process and manage the new client funnel. Reviewing all of the data that is submitted into CRM is now a large part of my job. We wouldn't be able to make effective decisions if we didn't have solid data to work with. OnContact is a simple system to operate. Although there are normally a variety of options available inside the system. So, I’d recommend Oncontact to others who are looking for a CRMs.
