We have been using this tool for a year and my team and I couldn’t be more satisfied. With ease, our sales team can track leads through the sales process and manage the new client funnel. Reviewing all of the data that is submitted into CRM is now a large part of my job. We wouldn't be able to make effective decisions if we didn't have solid data to work with. OnContact is a simple system to operate. Although there are normally a variety of options available inside the system. So, I’d recommend Oncontact to others who are looking for a CRMs.

Helps sales to organise more successful travels and have access to the most accurate data.

The customer support of the team Oncontact is very much quick as well as smooth. Any query is responded within 24 hrs with the quickest possible solution.

The cloud version of the software is better than the local networked system. As it provides more features and options on the cloud version.

In addition, cloud based systems have frequent updates compared to the local networked system.

What do you like the least about Oncontact CRM?

Bulky data sets can be a little time consuming at the time of being imported from a forign entity.

Number of clicks should be as low as possible to navigate from one page to the destination page. That is an area where they can make significant improvements.
