The very modern look is easy to use, and a very fast tool. an excellent support team that gets back to you within minutes. Myself and my business so much with lots of amazing features.
It includes all the necessary features and customizability one would need, and I like access control, activity control, and calendar sync. This is going to save me a lot of time, and I love how easy it is for customers to visually see what times are available and pick a time. Great customer service! I had a question for the developers, and they responded within an hour.
The integration of reminders and online payments has significantly reduced no-shows, and the online card capture feature allows me to charge in case of nonattendance. The app's forms feature automates the collection of client information ensuring data is stored securely. The robust reporting capabilities provide insights into earnings, payment methods, and the popularity of different treatments.

What Users Like The Least

The customer reporting function is not as I wanted it to be.
It is working well for me need but I some more features in future.
While Ovatu stands out in many aspects, a couple of minor inconveniences exist. The inability to add service extras, Additionally, the mobile app rota, while functional, is not aesthetically pleasing according to personal preferences.

Ovatu has a great pricing, and it's a very efficient software with really impressive design.

I have been looking for such a program for a long while. It is just amazing software, I use it to monitor bookings. this really helps me remember everything I need to do and more so if someone wants to remember everything they need to use this software for easy scheduling things and enjoy their life. I think it’s a perfect way to keep your all tasks organized in one final section. It has everything I have been searching for, just like a dream planner.

Ovatu is really a great software, if you desire professionalism and overall schedule organization.

I started this software a month ago and I can say it has been a blessing for me. I heard about it from a business owner and I found it perfect for me and my business. I have no stress about making appointments for my clients. They do it by themself, I can have control of everything, my time, days off, and a lot of other stuff. It gives me the freedom of having an assistant without paying for an assistant in a sense. In the beginning, I was having trouble with confirming the appointments. Once I got the hang of it and started being responsive with confirming. Everything changed.!
