Peoplei - an Economical HRMS Option That Made Our HR Simple, Clear, and Organized

We were previously using Odoo for our HR, but a lot of our work was still happening in emails and spreadsheets, which made tracking and follow-ups slow and messy. After moving to Peoplei HRMS, our core HR processes—attendance, leaves, documents, and employee data—are now in one place and much easier to manage. Compared to Odoo, Peoplei feels more focused on HR, more economical, and actually gives us more value for what we pay. The interface is simpler, our team adapted quickly, and employees like having self-service access instead of always contacting HR for small things. From an HR perspective, it’s now faster to pull reports and stay on top of tasks. The support team has also been responsive whenever we needed help or small adjustments, which made the shift smoother. Overall, Peoplei has helped us make HR more organized, transparent, and efficient.
