Reftab

We Archery Topic use Reftab, which is the best asset tracking software, it should allow you to easily locate all of your assets regardless of who used them and where it’s been used. And this is exactly what you’ll get with Reftab. Its user interface is not only simple but will let you work with ease as well. I was always in a constant dilemma about tracking who among my employees had turned in assets assigned to them. But Reftab has completely addressed it with its reporting capability. Every time someone hasn’t turned in a certain asset, I received a notification. This is very useful in keeping me stay on top of everything.

We just implemented Reftab into our organization and it has been very positive so far. Very flexible, responsive customer service, and fulfills a variety of needs.

Astoundingly, Reftab was the only piece of software I could find that did exactly what I needed - and it does it incredibly well. It's designed intelligently, is intuitive to use, and has a list of features I wasn't expecting that make it so much more useful - not to mention effective. The ability to have your loanees log in and see what's availble is amazing, and off-the-peg bar or QR code printing and scanning (with the mobile app) will be a life saver for us. So far we've had no headaches, and the support is attentive, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommended.

There's a diamond in the rough for Reftab. It does have it's issues, but you can close the divide by being pro-active with support questions that solve a lot of the hiccups. It's a bit much without knowing what you want, but on the flip side, knowing what you want can get you what you want.

Our organization was looking for the tool to manage assets, mostly IT/work equipment, both those used by the employees over a longer period of time (laptop, monitor, keyboard, chair, table, keycard) as well as shorter period of time and/or project based (earphones, NUC-s, Jabras, webcams). We also wanted to use our own barcodes, to make those smallest possible (the whole tag is 10x10mm, Datamatrix code on it is ca 7x7mm). There is surprisingly not so many solutions meeting those requirements. Reftab was the cheapest of those few. I also have good experience with them in regards of responsiveness to bug reports or feature requests. All in all, I would definitely recommend them.
