ScopeLedger is a private web workspace for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC contractors managing changed work. Field teams capture events and evidence on site. Project and commercial teams review the record, manage notice deadlines, request clarification, and prepare notices using approved information. Executives see approved exposure, overdue actions, evidence gaps, acknowledgement status, and schedule risk across the project.
Records remain traceable: submitted events and evidence are not silently overwritten, and corrections are handled as amendments. Role-based access, approval controls, audit history, private evidence storage, and controlled external sharing keep the commercial record governed. AI can help draft a notice or summary, but a person must review and approve it. ScopeLedger organizes facts and workflow; it does not give legal advice, make contract decisions, or guarantee recovery.
